OpenScape Endpoint Management V1

Central management application for IP devices, soft clients and gateways. Replaces OpenScape Deployment Service (DLS). Plug & Play automatic initial configuration, software deployment, certificate management (PKI integration), SIP Mobility, REST API, Node-RED engine and multi-tenancy. All OpenScape platforms and Mitel portfolio supported.

  • Replaces OpenScape Deployment Service (DLS) — single application for IP device management on all OpenScape platforms: CP series phones, OpenStage, Mitel 6800/6900, Mediatrix gateways (S716/S724, C710/C711/C731, 36xx, 41xx, 44xx, G7), HG3500, OpenScape PE/Fusion soft clients
  • Plug & Play (zero-touch installation): automatic initial configuration of IP devices — phone connecting to network after factory receives its parameters automatically; no service call required
  • Software deployment management: internal storage or cloud provider support; remote and scheduled software downloads; version and update control; bulk update and fallback mechanism
  • Configuration management: bulk change — apply to multiple selected devices simultaneously; template/group management; scheduled or immediate configuration; scheduled or immediate device restart; configuration status indicator
  • Certificate management and PKI integration: manual PKI certificate import; automatic import via API; automatic generation if no external PKI; PKI connector with SCEP (Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol); centralized QoS parameter distribution
  • SIP Mobility: configuration and management of mobile users; login/logout; automatic reconnection of user to home phone; OpenStage, DPIP and CP mobile phone support
  • Inventory management and device monitoring: up-to-date list of all devices with timestamp; network scanning; status indicator; internal synchronization connectors to OpenScape Assistants
  • Modern web-based UI: no additional client installation; all standard browsers; Multi-Tenancy — multi-site deployments; Backup and Restore; cloud storage provider support for files
  • REST API and Node-RED: secure REST API for all OSEM functions (server/client authentication, built-in API documentation); Node-RED engine — data collection, transformation, visualization workflows; daily configuration task automation
  • Promark: device inventory extraction, OSEM installation and configuration, Plug & Play network design, PKI integration and support
