Scope / deliverables

• Central management point for entire OpenScape/HiPath 4000 network — web browser access (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) from any PC; Microsoft Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022
• Configuration Management (CM): subscriber line management, Least Cost Routing (LCR) configuration, line and trunk administration; max 150 client groups; role-based access permissions
• Performance Management: PM-N (line/trunk group load analysis) + PM-E (call behavior analysis); Collecting Agent (COL) — high-volume call data record collection and forwarding to PM; attendant console and console group utilization analysis
• Security: username+password authentication; SSL/TLS encrypted data transfer; encrypted password storage; Kerberos integration (Windows Domain single sign-on); encrypted connectivity to OS4000, CMP, Fault Management and third-party systems
• SNMP V3 Proxy Agent: enables OpenScape Fault Management to connect directly to OS4000; network monitoring integration
• IP Phone Plug&Play synchronization: automatic bidirectional sync of IP phone data (extension, location, system) with Deployment Service (DLS/OSEM); multiple deployment server support
• Standalone system administration: direct access to the relevant system's OS4000 Manager via OS4000 Assistant — module configuration without changing workstation or UI
• Automatic network data synchronization: automatically checks all network systems and numbers — user doesn't need to know which system a subscriber is connected to
• Supported systems: OpenScape 4000 V11/V10/V8/V7, HiPath 4000 V6. Environment: Appliance (OpenSUSE); VMware, Proxmox/KVM, MS Hyper-V or Nutanix virtualization; EcoServer with 1 TB SSD
• Promark: OS4000 Manager installation (physical or virtual), CM configuration, LCR design, Fault Management integration and maintenance
