Eltek DC Power System — Flatpack S & Flatpack2 (-48 V)

-48 V DC power systems for telecom and data centers. Flatpack S 1U: controller, rectifiers, battery and load distribution in a single 1U chassis, 262 mm deep, 40 A (2R) or 100 A (3R) output. Flatpack2: 2000 W and 3000 W HE/SHE rectifiers, from the 2U 150 A Integrated rack up to 5U–8U 700 A systems. Controller per system: Smartpack S, Smartpack R or Smartpack2, with remote monitoring over Ethernet. For base stations, PBX rooms, fiber and transmission nodes.

  • Eltek Flatpack S 1U — compact complete system: Smartpack S controller + Flatpack S rectifiers (48/1000 HE or 48/1800 HE) + battery and load distribution in a single 19" 1U chassis; 262 mm system depth
  • Flatpack S 2R: 1 controller + 2 rectifiers, max 40 A; 230 VAC 1-phase or 2×1-phase input; front load 4×30 A MCB or 7×15 A fuse, optional 7×30 A MCB drawer (LVLD); battery 2×40 A
  • Flatpack S 3R: 1 controller + 3 rectifiers, max 100 A; 230 VAC 3×1-phase / 3-phase (Δ) or 230/400 VAC 3-phase (Y); rear load 2×80 A; battery 2×80 A (M6 cable lug)
  • Eltek Flatpack2 2U Integrated: 19" 2U, max 150 A at -48 VDC; Smartpack R controller; 2 battery breakers (max 100 A), 6 load MCBs (2–32 A or 2–60 A); optional LVBD and PLD; system operating temperature -40…+65 °C

  • Control and monitoring: Smartpack S (Flatpack S, 5U–7U), Smartpack R (2U and 5U–8U Integrated), Smartpack2 (5U–7U and industrial systems); CAN bus to the rectifiers, remote monitoring over Ethernet, digital inputs and alarm relays
  • N+1 redundancy: the rectifier count is calculated from load current plus battery charge current and one extra module is fitted; total current cannot exceed the system limit (e.g. 150 A for the 2U Integrated)

Eltek Flatpack2 — Telecom DC Rectifier Family (24/48/60 V, HE & SHE)

High-efficiency (96% at nominal input) Flatpack2 HE 48V rectifier system for telecom and data center DC power infrastructure. 2000W and 3000W module options scaling from 8kW 2U racks with complete distribution to multi-cabinet, multi-MW installations. MTBF >350,000 h (2000W) / >300,000 h (3000W) at 25 °C. The family also includes 24/1800 HE, 48/2000 and 48/3000 SHE (up to 97.8% efficiency), 48-60/2000 HE and 60/3000 SHE modules; the 110 and 220 V models are on the Industrial DC page.
