Exide Sprinter P12V875 — 12V 41Ah AGM/VRLA Battery

The Exide Sprinter P12V875 is an industrial-grade high-performance AGM VRLA battery for UPS and security systems. 12V nominal, 41Ah (C10) capacity, 10–12 year design life (EUROBAT Long Life), 10-minute high current: 1157W/block @ 1.6V/C. Fully maintenance-free, -40°C~+55°C operating range. 4×12V = 48V battery bank configured for Eltek Flatpack2 8kW and Flatpack S systems. Part No: NAPW120875HP0MC, European manufacture, UL approved.

Scope / deliverables

  • Technical specs: 12V nominal, 41Ah (C10 @1.80V/C, 25°C), 10-minute power: 1157W/block @ 1.60V/C; short circuit: 1178A; internal resistance: 10.6mΩ (IEC 60896-21/22)
  • Selected discharge data: 10 min @ 1.80V/C: 1013W — 1h @ 1.80V/C: 301W — 2h @ 1.80V/C: 183W; Constant current C10: 4.1A
  • Design life: 10–12 years — EUROBAT 2015 Long Life class; flame retardant version available (UL 94-V0 container); standard: UL 94-HB polypropylene
  • Technology: AGM high-compression glass mat VRLA; 99% internal gas recombination (very low gassing); lead-calcium alloy grid plates (superior corrosion resistance); fully maintenance-free
  • Dimensions and weight: 200×169×176mm (L×W×H); 14.5 kg; terminal: M6 screw, 6Nm torque; operating range: -40°C~+55°C; float charge: 2.27V/cell @ 25°C
  • Approvals and transport: UL; IATA DGR Clause A67 — unrestricted rail, road, sea and air; IEC 60896-21/-22; ISO 9001 European manufacture (Castanheira, Portugal)
  • Battery bank for Eltek Flatpack2 8kW: 4×P12V875 series = 48V, 41Ah — two parallel strings = 82Ah; Promark sizes per load current and autonomy requirement
  • Temperature warning: capacity drops >25°C ambient; design life shortens above 30°C — climate control recommended for battery room
  • Promark: battery bank sizing (load + autonomy analysis), installation, periodic capacity testing, end-of-life replacement and recycling coordination
