  • MIB integration: HiPath/OpenScape-specific MIBs; standard IP elements (IP Manager, SNMP MIB II); server/application monitoring (Host Resources); Unify and third-party Enterprise MIB plug-in support; CPU load, disk space monitoring
  • Alarm management and Workflow Engine: real-time fault detection and visualization; automated action rules via Workflow Engine; 6 pre-defined user profiles + customizable access rights; login/password-protected user management
  • Performance Management plug-in: VoIP component QoS monitoring; voice quality reports in IP telephony networks; SLA criteria-based service level monitoring; E2E call analysis
  • Accounting Management: cost calculation and cost-center assignment from multi-system call data; traditional voice and VoIP handled equally; traffic load and cost statistics
  • VMware Monitoring: vCenter inventory, host and VM status monitoring (vSphere Java API-based); Mobile client: Apple iOS and Android — event access and IP node browsing
  • Client access: Java standalone application or web browser (platform independent); cooperative working — submap changes immediately visible to all logged-in users
