- Nuance Dragon Voice-to-Text: converts voicemails to text and delivers to Outlook inbox — readable, searchable, prioritizable; hang-ups and difficult-to-hear messages automatically detected
- Fax management: personal DID-numbered fax mailbox per user (password-protected); automatic fax tone detection (when call forwarding is active); fax receiving and forwarding; fax applications (bulk fax to multiple recipients)
- Voicemail and mailbox: personal announcements (different for different forwarding situations); daily temporary announcement (valid until midnight); reply, forward, append comment to messages; parallel processing via Ergo web UI
- SMS integration: direct SMS to GSM 900/1800 networks (D1, Vodafone etc.); send SMS via Microsoft Outlook or web browser; new message notification via SMS; up to 48-hour carrier storage if mobile is off
- Anywhere access: office phone or PC; home (teleworker); mobile (business travel, customer visits); web-based Web Assistant; parallel processing via Ergo; OpenScape Xpressions optiClient Extensions
