Compact, browser-managed alarm server for standardized alerting — for SMBs and mid-size organizations. Triggers scenarios such as silent fire alarms, nurse calls, production faults and building-services messages via telephone, ESPA-X, contact input, e-mail or SNMP trap; runs parallel/sequential broadcasts to up to 1,000 call groups and sets up emergency conferences. OScAR-110/200 hardware platforms. Mitel OEM product based on tetronik DAKSeco. Available in predefined S / M / L packages based on OScAR-Eco 110.

OpenScape Alarm Response Pro V5 (OScAR-Pro)

Enterprise alarm server for critical alarm management, mass notification and crisis communication. Scales to 20,000 subscribers, 2,000 call profiles and 500 parallel telephony/messaging channels; connects to PBXs via ISDN or VoIP trunking (also encrypted). Deployment: OScAR 200/300/400 hardware or virtual vOScAR on VMware, Hyper-V, KVM; cluster of two load-sharing servers plus hot-standby redundancy. Mitel OEM product based on tetronik DAKS.
