- Smart Microsoft Teams integration (Mitel Assistant): bi-directional presence sync between MiCollab and Teams (up to 2,500 Teams users on MX-One and MiVoice 5000); no calls on Mitel phone when busy in Teams; user selects which Teams statuses divert calls; view Teams meeting list in MiCollab + join Zoom/Teams/RingCentral meetings directly
- Microsoft Outlook and Exchange integration: contact sync (Outlook → MiCollab); calendar status sync (MiCollab status auto-updates based on calendar); MiCollab functions in Outlook contact cards (click-to-call, click-to-chat, availability/presence); email initiation; click-to-call and click-to-chat
- AWV (Audio/Web Conferencing): 300 participants per conference, 500 per server; internal and external participants; audio + web conferencing together; MiTeam Meetings option for enhanced collaboration
- Intelligent routing (call profiles): call routing based on Outlook calendar; calendar presence display; user-defined call rules; SBC (MBG) support for home office — remote workers connect securely
- Presence and dynamic status: real-time user availability; One Number Service — single number to multiple devices; voicemail notifications; call history; company directory and personal contacts
