  • Smart Microsoft Teams integration (Mitel Assistant): bi-directional presence sync between MiCollab and Teams (up to 2,500 Teams users on MX-One and MiVoice 5000); no calls on Mitel phone when busy in Teams; user selects which Teams statuses divert calls; view Teams meeting list in MiCollab + join Zoom/Teams/RingCentral meetings directly
  • Microsoft Outlook and Exchange integration: contact sync (Outlook → MiCollab); calendar status sync (MiCollab status auto-updates based on calendar); MiCollab functions in Outlook contact cards (click-to-call, click-to-chat, availability/presence); email initiation; click-to-call and click-to-chat
  • AWV (Audio/Web Conferencing): 300 participants per conference, 500 per server; internal and external participants; audio + web conferencing together; MiTeam Meetings option for enhanced collaboration
