- Management and maintenance: Transcend NMS Essential Class B — centralized network management, topology view, service configuration and performance monitoring; 24x7x365 TAC support + software subscription (SWS) + Customer Portal access (1 year); TNMS TAC & SWS (1 year) — management software updates
- Spare parts and reserve: spare XCS1-1 (x1), DC power module (x1), 16×E1/T1 card (x1), 6×GE+2×GE/STM-1 card (x1), 10G SFP+ 10km and 40km (2 each) — ready stock for expansion or failure replacement
- Promark: site analysis and capacity sizing, chassis + card + optical module selection, E1 and GE service definition, Transcend NMS installation and integration, TAC support package procurement
